major snow in sw kansas

we got up to 5 foot snow drifts and somewhere around 16 inches of snow more in some parts, here are some pics



f250 5.4 4x4 couldn't make it any farther



the f150 in my sig couldn't move 3 feet it was covered but dont have any pics
but it was so dry we needed moisture

geez! we're getting 1-3 inches tonight and i'm dread that lol, i'm so tired of the cold weather

yup after 3 days almost all melted except the big drifts are still there

Sure glad it missed us! I'm in Topeka and Thursday they were calling for 4-8" here. But the weather men had no idea what it was going to do. We barely had a trace as of Saturday night. We did get some much needed moisture though.

all melted up here in kc. more rain/slush/ice. Lots of wrecks on i70/ 435

Wow, I'm glad we didn't get any of that here. It was about 45 degrees here on Saturday and it's about 65 degrees and sunny today. I am ready for summer.

Nah, snow is nothing to mess with! That stuff is heavy.

Works better than a grill cover! And it even melts away when you don't need it any more! Remember, I grew up in Western PA and know a bit about it myself!

I was hoping to get some here in N. Illinois to try out my fancy dancy grill cover from Ford on my new 2008 F-350. I'm thinking I'll call it a dust cover, because that's about all it will be used for until next winter. It's supposed to keep the snow out of the air filter, but with all the Chevies and Dodges stuck in there, there's not much room for snow.
