Plan on about $10k to do the swap if you do alot of the work yourself. You are pretty much changing everything from the engine back to the axles, with the exception of the transfer case. If you wanted to convert to diesel a 12V Cummins would be marginally cheaper ($5-8k) depending what trans you want to run and how good you are at finding deals. The big upside is that the wiring portion would be much simpler and its a stronger engine.
