Worth it?
Well, I've been shopping for an F150 for a month or so and stumbled across this F-250. It seems very nice and would be a very cool truck. It seems like a very reasonable price but I am just curious how this thing would do gas mileage wise with all of the add ons. This is what the ad states: "99 ford f250. This truck has nothing wrong with it, it runs great and is mechanically sound. Has a 8'' fabtech lift, professionally installed with 38 inch super swampers. Also has 5 1/2 inch dynomax exhaust and a diablosport performance chip with 3 different settings, this truck has *****! Installed a hayden trans cooler with cooling fan."
It only has 132,000 miles on it and I would hope for another 100k at least. Also i would probably ditch the diablo sport and go with custom tunes as i already have an Xcal3. Would there be much difference between the diablo and customs? Also is it possible for the diablo being canned could have done any damage? Let me know what you guys think, oh and what do you think the truck is worth? heres a picture.

I would say $10k tops for that truck. I have the same truck, minus the lift, and I've been offered $8k on trade, mine actually has 132k on it now too. The lift and tires really don't add anything to the price, and there is only about $2k difference on that truck between trade in and retail.
Anyways, if it was me I'd be very skeptical of that truck. If its an auto and its stock then run away. The 4R100 is an ok transmission in stock form, but throw a chipped diesel and 38" tires at it and it will hate life. Mine is still going strong, but thats because I dropped $3k into it in performance upgrades (Suncoast extreme rebuild kit and their HD single disk converter (think truck puller converter)). If its a 6spd then you're ok, though you may need a new clutch before too terribly long.
On the engine I would be concerned about damage. The Diablo sport tuners weren't the best, though they weren't the worst either. If he ran the truck alot on the race setting I'd be worried. If the truck has a full set of gauges then I'd be less inclinded to worry since the PO might have actually watched the temps. If there are no gauges then run.
