New Guy Checking In

Hey, I just registered here and thought I's say that I'm impressed at the amount of Super Duty tech here on a F150 board, haha.

I got my 2009 F250 in March of '09, and it already has 22,000miles on it. My truck has the 5.4L V8 and the 6-speed manual transmission and 4.10 gears. It's pretty much stock, except for a new set of 35" Good Wrangler MT/R Kevlars. Here's a few pics of my truck.

Here's the day I brought it home.

Here's the best interior shot I have. The inside is not too fancy, XLT trim.

And here's a couple of pics of it tint, toolbox, and tires.

Welcome to the site! I apologize as your post got snared by the Spam Net. When a first post contains several pictures, it will do that and I just now caught it.

Nice truck, neat the way you pulled that tractor out! LOL

Thanks!
When I posted, it mentioned something about my post being visible after a moderator approves of it; I thought that was kind of wierd. Although I do understand. Some random account comes in and posts pics right off the bat.

And you better believe I pulled that tractor out- it was struggling all day. He just need to back up to me first. lol

Great looking truck and awesome pics. I love the way you buried that front valance in that last picture. You've put a lot of miles on her. I've had mine since February '08, and I just turned over 12,500.

Hey it's great to see you! I don't have the Ranger anymore. But I do see it from time to time in my area. I sold the new owner my Kicker L5 Solobaric and Alpine amp and custom box I had made for it. The kid was simply thrilled to get it. I even helped him install it. I think he was most surprised when we started pulling interior panels and he saw all that Dynamat in there!

Thanks. This looks to a fun community.

That last pic where my lower valence decided to part ways with my front bumper. I got one of the shorter Job 1 valences (which I think are the same as the 2WD ones) to replace it. I like the way your tires look on the stock 20" rims from another post. I'm not a big fan of tires sticking out of the fenders unnecessairly, either.

The manual transmission is why I has to custom order my truck. I heard that Ford was ditching the ZF6, and I always wanted another manual since I had one in my late '80s model Ford Ranger. So at least I'll have this last go-round jamming gears in a late model F250. I'm seeing about 12.5-13mpg combined with the 5.4L and 35" tires.

Welcome, and awesome truck you have there. That's a sweet custom order\build you have (4x4, XLT, Crew, 6spd manual). Cool pics, too.
