Thats not how you test an EBP sensor. Im tellin you you NEED to compare EBP and MAP and make sure they are within 5psi KOEO. Also you will not have flow into the intake without the EGR valve commanded open.

that wasnt a test to test the EBP sensor, it was to see if the EGR cooler was clogged. I had the EGR valve out, so it doesnt matter, the EBP sensor in inspect to what you had said, it has been tested. The issue here is the lack of flow out of the EGR cooler into the intake...

IDS yes.... The truck feels doggy on low end, doesnt feel like a 6.0. I also throw codes during the EGR test and KOER on demand. Both codes are insufficent EGR flow and EGR flow out of range.

If you have a known good EGR valve now is the time to install it and re-run the egr test. Usually TOO MUCH egr flow causes power problems though. Not enough is a good thing for power

it failed right after you have to start up and run the truck. First time the MAP failed, than the EBP was too high, than the MAP was also too high

Will do tomorrow. The truck has been passed around the shop a few times, I was goin off what I was told.... So I am watching the EBP and MAP, they must be within 5 PSI of each other? I assume EBP Actual?

I still need to find out why I have no flow out of the EGR cooler exhuast side when pressurized... it I have the 50 some pounds blowing out the EBP tube, than it shoul dbe screaming out the hole where EGR valve goes

my bad i made a typo. it is within .5 of eachother KOEO. will both most likely be in the 15psi range. the EBP usually read higher when the sensor gets skewd up into the 20psi range.
