Pictures, 12,000 lb winch installed.

I installed my Smittybilt XRC 12 12,000 lb winch in my bumper yesterday. When I was done, I cleaned her up a bit and had to snap a few pictures. I know, she's not Jesse's truck, or the TOTM, but I still like her a lot!

Oh, and this sucker is heavy! The bumper weighs 250 lbs empty. Add six lights, two shackles, and a 100 lb winch, and it's obscenely heavy!

Thanks guys. I think my next step is getting rid of the OEM step bars. I am thinking about having some real rock sliders fabbed up at a local shop. I want them to look linda' like the n-Fab bars, except they would be welded to the frame instead of bolted to the body. I would get them LineX Xtra'ed like my front bumper. I am also thinking of having my OEM fender flares LineX Xtra'ed as well.

Your trucks looks great...I think it would look great if you did your fender flares and got some rock sliders made it would go well with your front bumper.

Thanks! Yeah, with round tubes, I think it would match the bumper perfectly.

Nicely done and I think doing your flares and having rock sliders done will bring everything together.

Just and idea, why not have your tool box done in line-x?

I think if you do line-x'd sliders and flares, the tool box would really even it out.

Great idea. I hadn't thought of that. I wonder how much that would cost...
