I used to hang out in the KR forums when they were first put up over 9 years ago..I had one of the first KR F150 back in '01 (bought in '00, and had traded a '99 F250 SC). Anyway, after seven years I sold it (what the heck was I thinking) and bought a ML350...stupid move, I know. Well, after three years, this past Saturday I traded the cr@pbox for a 2010 F250 XLT CC The universe is re-aligning as we speak!

I'll be posting from time to time, asking a few questions about the truck I'm sure, and adding my 2 cents if it means helping someone where I can...overall, it's good to be back...

As someone that drives an '08 ML320 CDI as a daily driver and an F-350 Harley for pleasure, what made you hate the ML so much?

 

It sounds like he didn't have the luxury of owning both at the same time, so I am sure that it's not that he hated the ML. He just missed having a real truck.

The ML wasn't bad, freeky is correct (does that happen often?), it was more that I like a pick-up, not an SUV...my wife can deal with that.

nice truck! my dad just bought a 2009 that looks just like that came color and EVERYTHING..his is the 5.4 what motor does yours have?

 

5.4 as well. Would have liked the V10, but was really tough to find and the smoker - although EXCELLENT - was not my thing for the extra $$. Is there much of a difference between an '09 and '10?
