It is actually about 1200! But, I only drove the truck back from Indiana. The stealership where I live in Kansas tried to pull a shady deal on me. I have guaranteed pricing through my bank (USAA) and once they found that out they tried lowballing me on my trade. So I tracked down a different dealer in Indiana (I grew up there) that gave me a very fair deal. I got the truck at invoice and got $18,500 for trade on my old truck. You can rest assured the Kansas dealer will be getting an email in regards to their shady business practices to screw over the Soldier. Nobody forced them to give guaranteed pricing, they volunteered to do it. Unfortunately for them I already knew what my truck was worth and when they offered me $14,500 for it, it spoke volumes about what they were doing. But I digress. I drove my old truck there and picked up the new one. I am at 1000 miles now on the new truck.

Good job! Glad you got what you wanted at the price you deserved. I would drive the new truck by the dealership in Kansas and show them how happy you are with their competition. If they try to say that the dealership in Indiana isn't competition for them, just tell them that the internet changes the game and that everyone is now their competition.

The 6.2 feels good. I dont know a whole lot about engine feel but it seems ok. I have not had a chance to tow the boat with it so I think that will be the proving point of how I think it feels. It is real quiet though which is nice. I dont know if that engine will fit in a F150 though. It is pretty big. If I could get this site to stop acting up and upload freakin pictures, I would show you. But trust me, it takes up the WHOLE engine bay.
