Does anyone know if they electric fans for the V10? My son inheritied my dad's 2004 250 that is at 54xxx miles. The only thing that we did to the drivetrain was put some aftermarket wheels/tires on it but they measured to be the same size as the stock ones that were on there. The milage never increased/decreased when we did that. I was thinking of doing cold air intake and efans if I can ever find any.
build you own set to save money also look into the gotts intake mod it should be the same as the 5.4 motors with the same number of valves per cylinder
also a custom tune won't hurt anything on that truck
