Project Mean Green

Running good!
Well, I been driving mean green for a while now and I must say it runs good. Takes a while to warm up in the cold, but I expected that. It is very cowardly in 2wd in the snow compared to my reg cab f250 5.4. I think it might be due to all the torque the 7.3 makes down low making it easy to spin. I'll try the tires off my 03 to see if that helps. It only has 265/75R16s on it now, the 03 has 295s. Both BFG A/Ts. I'll fill up the bed with snow too and that should help. Bought some 0w30 today along with oil and fuel filters to change when I get a chance. Got the oil from the dealer, not much else around here.
Also had to pick up a heater motor, as mine crapped out yesterday. Second most important part of the truck up here.
I also had the interior shampooed and cleaned on Monday so now it's nice and clean. It's parked in my garage drying out completely now. (and waiting for me to put in the new heater motor.) Been too busy renovating the basement to do any work in my garage. (where's the puke smiley when you need it, lol). Needless to say, I hate carpentry work. Major points with the wife when it's done though. That should be good for some mods!
