Wires from turbo?

Wires from turbo maybe? going into the heads maybe? when they're unplugged the truck runs good sometimes, when they're plugged in the check engine light comes on sometimes what do these wires do??

it's a 95 F-350

Wires from the turbo........seriously?




Those are the wires that control your injectors. Without them plugged in then you're only firing on 4 cylinders on the drivers side of the engine. The reason you're getting check engine lights is that one of the harnesses shorted out and caused a small fire. Thats why you have melted plastic everywhere near the one connector. The fix is a new harness from the dealer. This is a common problem and Ford has an updated harness with hold downs to keep them from unplugging on their own and shorting out like this.

lol sorry i drive the f150 so i don't know much about turbos haha, this is my friends truck, so a new harness should fix the problem

Is that a homemade MDS then?
