Help! Loud fan noise....

Just recently ive started to hear a loud fan noise every once in a while when accelerating. I am not towing anything nor is it very hot outside...what could this be?! Help!

It does not take much heat out side to make the fan turn on especialy of you are in town in stop and go traffic.

Mine does it. But its only when I'm towing up a mnt...
