mixedbreeds next truck

i bought a truck, a real truck that burns oil, makes a ton of noise and is friggin huge. i am glad to be in the SD family!!

i know some of you are saying... i thought he was going to japan.. or didnt he just sell his other truck??

the answer is maybe and yes.

my son has autism, very mild, but enough to make it hard for me to move within the Air Force community. we got word the other day that we are being assessed and may have to stay in vegas until they get his education plans settled and they get an opening at a base that has the teaching facilities nearby. the wife and i also talked and i will be retireing in a few years, did i want a new truck at that time? yes. but did i want to pay 50-60 K when i got it? hell no.

until then, i will be driving this.

it is a 2005 F350 CCLB. 6.0 L Lariat.

it has gray interior that is mint. the body has no dings and best of all, it has the center seat in teh front! i really envied the guys with true 6 pax. my center console just collected crap anyhow...

it is set up for a gooseneck with airbags.

i know the 6.0 has had issues but i dont have plans to heavily mod this truck until i get the cash up for the head gasket/stud upgrade. at the same time i will do a turbo back exhaust and maybe a turbo upgrade. the rest of the truck is in great shape.

here is the undercarraige

it also has new nitto terra grapplers and unblemished stock chrome 18's

Very nice Super Duty. Do an EGR delete on that thing as soon as you can afford it. I did that on mine this year and it has never run better.

Nice lookin truck! One of my really good friends had a SD and he ran an edge for awhile but just recently had to have a new motor put in. Not sure if it was related to a tune on there or not but just something to lookout for when tunning these 6.0's.
