Exclamation Truck Mud Flaps (Proven Design Products)

Hey Guys, just wanted to say HI and a little bit about us as we just started advertising on this website recently.

We have been in the trucking business for over 30 years and have been providing the snowmobile market with the most durable aftermarket solutions for snowmobile flaps with a TON of logos to choose from.

Our truck flaps have been tested in Russia & the Yukon to ensure we had a flap that could withstand the most extreme temps possible.

ALL of our flaps are screen printed with UV protective ink that will not fade, we do NOT use cheap stickers!

lastly and most importantly (to us), every product we offer is made from USA derived products in USA, always. We do not support off shore vendors unlike many companies out there today which we pride ourselves in.

I hope we have a successful relationship with this site and we hope to be around for many years to come.

Thanks guys, feel free to PM me or give us a call/email us with any questions you have.

-Matt

Interesting flaps, but I have a few questions.

What material do you use? From the pictures it looks like cut/formed sheet steel.

What is the size dimension of the flaps. There wasn't very much information on your site other than pictures of the designs you can do.

Can you do custom sized flaps for lifted trucks or wider tires?

How ridgid are they once they are on the truck? Do they stay mostly vertical at interstate speeds or will they sail backwards?

You mention they were tested in Russia and the Yukon, both of which are typically a colder climate. What about hot temps in direct sunlight similar to places like Yuma, AZ.

Depending on your answers I might be interested in a set. As a word of advice I'd suggest doing alot of work to your website as far as product information. As I listed above, aside from a few misc pictures of your flaps on trucks and the logos you can do there is almost no information about them. To be honest, if I'd have come across your website while searching for mudflaps I'd have just kept on cruising from lack of info.

Yea, we should have the site completed with the rest of the info by Friday. We just wanted to get the site up and started as early as possible.

Our flaps are made from a low-density Polyethylene which is a plastic. They are rated for temps of -60 degrees under stress and perform excellent in warmer climates.

The standard for universal pickup truck flaps is .150 and thinner material, we use .165 which adds more than enough strength to them to keep them from sailing back over time which tends to happen with the .150. I have been running them on my F250 for over a year now (Our testing period) and they have not deformed at all from highway speeds.

There is no heat rating on them as they do get softer in the warmer temps (100+) which makes them less brittle and more durable.

We have been in the Heavy Duty trucking business for over 20 years and had our supplier make up a heavy duty plastic for our truck flap applications.

On the Truck Flap home page it shows the dimensions of the flaps we currently have in stock which includes a HD flap for oversized/lifted trucks looking for more coverage than a standard shorter flap. http://www.provendesignproducts.com/...uck_Flaps.html

Basically, the warmer the temps are, the softer the plastic gets which is ideal for durability out of the flap. But because we put so much time into getting the material right, as stated before, they do excellent in the cold as well.

Also, the ink we use is UV protective and will not fade like hot stamping, or vinyl stickers. We warranty all of our flaps from cracking, peeling, flaking, etc. under any condition.

Most bad plastics come from overseas or from a generic polyethylene which is where most flaps will fail.

Please feel free to ask any questions you have as we do not have all of our info updated on our site at this time, i am more than happy to answer them!

Thanks!!
