If you're going to run an 8" lift you will need 38's. I have a 7" lift with 37's. With another inch of lift the 37's would be to small.

Are you going to regear the truck? Or use capital letters in sentences?

With the 22x14's and 37's I had at first my tires rubbed on the lower front fender tab at full turn pretty bad. I would have had to either cut or bend it. The 12's will stick in 2" more so I don't think you'll have any major rubbing issues at 8" of lift. Maybe just some inner fender plastic.
