Is this really the book value on my truck?

I was being curious as to what the value of my truck was so I entered it into NADA. By no means did I expect what said. It's telling me that Clean Trade in is $44k and Clean Retail is $50k. Is this truck really valued at that? Reason asking is b/c that basically what I paid for it w/ tax. Here is a link to te NADA value. If it is the I'll put the stock sspensin and wheels on and ut it for sale today. lol

I am seeing the same thing as ProvenDesign. I am in northern WI so maybe the zip code makes a difference, but surely it isn't a 13,000 deference.

Last time I looked mine up it was still valued at 29k. And I owe waaaaaaay less then that

Most HD diesels hold there value pretty well.
