Can anyone tell me what the maximum time the glo-plug light will stay on in a 2000 F250?

Depends on the earth's position and alignment of the moons.

But seriously, the glow plugs are actually on much longer than the WTS light. On a cold start, the WTS light is on for maybe 10 seconds, while the glow plugs are on for about a minute and a half.

 

Max on time for the glowplugs is 120 seconds. I'm not sure how long the light will stay on, but it's nowhere near as long.
