went to look at a KR steering wheel and ended up with a sweet deal on a 08 tailgate that is already my color (mostly) and in great shape. no dents but does have scratchs and no step.

got it home and installed then swapped the lock cylinder from my old one and love the look. will be getting it repainted in the near future and probably a camera that will display to my insight CTS.

im not a fan of the 08 front as much as the rear. im gonna be looking out for a bumper also but......

Awesome news. Ran out in the Tahoe to get kolaches and pass the truck when pulling back in. Notice the center back window looks open and realize someone broke in. Furious I got out opened door since I didnt see my cts from outside and gladly saw it hanging there on the floor plugged in. The smashed the window but the tint held the glass mostly in one piece then they crawled in and over the car seat in the middle back to get up front and unlock the truck. Had the cts a spare key to the truck and 2 pairs of oakleys in the front seats and all they took was a pair of tin snips. Retards couldn't figure out how to get the cts out or unplugged. And my Tahoe has factory nav and parked right next to the truck over night and was just fine.

Looks like new glass and tint tomorrow

Tailgate looks good! Nice touch...people seem to have an attraction to breaking in your truck now

 

Love the tailgate on the '08+ trucks, but can't stand the tonka truck lookin' taillights, so I swapped those for the older style on mine.

Truck is looking good man, tailgate really updates the rear, now grab some 08+ side mirrors! Also love those new BMF's you are looking into, and I almost went with them but unfortunetly my good friend beat me to them and I can't be rolling around with our rigs looking the same.

I can find out abotu the wheels for you, just let me know when your serious about buying a set and I will get in touch wit him about it. Also, he is sourcing me the King Ranch painted Fron/Rear bumpers and grill surround so once he has located it I am sure he would be willing to sale you the chrome rear pretty cheap as im just basically trading my chrome crap to him for the KR stuff. It's amazing how many people dont care to keep the stock bumpers after having replacements installed.

 

bumper will come first honestly now that im doing the window and probably brakes up front end of this month but i will let you know cuz right not i have no wheel and tire connections.

yea i seen alot of fronts for 08-10 and 11-12 all over clist but the 05-07 is rare currently.
