Got a F250

We are about ready to buy a travel trailer and with my little 4.6 f150 we would be able to get a big enough trailer.. So we headed out of town to pick up a tow vehicle.. After surfing craigslist found the truck i wanted. So now im a proud owner of a 07 F150 Screw and a 00 Super Duty.

2000 F250 V10 Crewcab 5 speed XLT. One Owner Super Clean, 130k miles. This truck only has a few door dings and thats it. Inside is super clean also,Brand New Set of Bridgestone Revo 2's. Best of all walked out paying $4000.00

Drove it 220 miles and it did awesome. Drove threw the texas hill country and the power and torque is unreal, never even needed to downshift to 4th at all. I cruised at 85 the whole way back (speed limit is 80) and i pulled off 12mpg. Not bad at all.

The first three pics are off the guys craigslist. The 4th pic is at the house.

He had posted it 2 mins before. Called him up and it was sold 30 mins later. He was asking 4800 but went down to 4000 pretty easily. He said that was the fastest hes ever sold a truck.

Right? I know this truck is going to get me a few speeding tickets! It would rather run 85 then 65 or 70. I gave it 1/4 throttle doing 75 and in no time it was sitting on 95 mph. Though about testing the speed limiter but decided not too.

Nice, I believe '00 was the last year of the ZF5 option and '01+ gassers had to get the ZF6 like the diesels. Anyway, bomb proof tranny.

Just hit up ebay for the towing mirrors. I got mine pretty cheap for my '08 when I ditched the lil flipper mirrors.

Also nice on the 8ft bed. That's a mans truck there.

Only mods on this truck will be the tow mirrows, tint, Custom Tunes. Already have heavy duty front and rear bumpers.

I took my son to daycare this morning and it started raining. Lets just say 30mph and third gear and both tires broke loose easy(not even 1/4 throttle). 45 in 3rd still broke em loose.

Not yet. But very soon.. It sucked having to look for a 45 to 5000 lb trailer since i had the f150. Now we can look into the bigger trailers and fifth wheels.

Lol see, then you get a heavy fifth wheel which means rear sag so then you gotta buy bags. One leads to the other lol.
