What to Do, What to Do.

What to Do, What to Do.
So, the mileage is going on the Nifty 250 a little quicker than I hoped. Not like the old 65,000 a year I used to do, but more like 25,000.
I made out good with this truck as it has the 6.4L, but runs like a top. I average 16-17 rural driving, and have hit 20+ on the interstate with no issues. I am an easy driver, and it is all hand-calculated.
So, to the point... I wanted to delete and fix this truck up to my liking, but now I'm not sure. The truck is a 2010 Harley Edition, with every option, and Ford confirmed only 580 were built. I have 564, or something close. Will this truck ever be worth anything? It seems to pull over $40k used as it sits, but after it approaches 80k miles, the values will drop.
What would you all do. Run the snot out of it, or run it to 65k and dump it. I know the thoughts on the 6.4L and am not too worried. This is my second one without issue, and the three 6.0's I had we're flawless, too. I just need new tires, shocks, and want to do some goodie adders, and hate to drop the cash if I'd be better starting with a new truck (6.7L) with no miles.

Keep it if you like the truck. I'm going through the same battle right now but mines going to roll over to 200,000 miles this year and I'm piling the miles on quick at the moment. The only reason I'm contemplating getting a different one is because I need the extra payload for a larger 5er and goosneck trailer plus the 8ft box for obvious reasons.

I'd love to delete and tune, but the kabash the Feds put on H&S has things ground to a halt. If I can find a true delete, I can't see any reason for tuning other than towing.
I really could use a 350, do that is a reason I would consider upgrading sometime, but the 6.4L pulls like a freight train.

Well first thing is the truck is not going to be worth much of anything in 10 years when these motors have all melted down and blown up from the regen process. Metal fatigue can not be argued with continuous 1600ish degree regens. Heads, turbos, pistons, ect are simply going to fail after time.
Tune it, delete it, and never cross 1200 freighted in the hills, or 800 just crusin' around

Typo... If I CAN'T find a true delete. I can't see doing a non-delete tune except for towing, where it will make a difference. A non- delete wont net better daily driving mileage numbers, but move the torque band and shifting to keep the truck in a better power range to tow, thus better mileage. But... Only an mpg or two. A Bullydog or H&S non-delete is just under $600. That takes a lot miles to pay for it, unless it helps temps to prolong engine life.

Now from the EGR sensor on the tuner I'll hit 1200 in the throttle towing, and 600-800 in the throttle empty.

I considered one, but dropping nearly $2k by the time I get the other pieces was a bit much for me.
