I bought a 1993 f-250 SD and it had a blown up 7.3 diesel and I really need some torque specs for head bolts and main caps, connecting rod caps, intake manifold bolts, etc. Thanks to anybody that can help. By the way I am mechanic by trade and thought this would be the quickest way to find out. without buying a book.

Head bolts: 3 step 65, 90, and 110 final
Main caps: 2 step 75 and 95
Connecting rod nuts: 2 step 38 and 51
Intake manifold: 24
