Spark Plug Change for 6.8L V-10 3V

Its getting close for a spark plug change. What plug works best in a 2009 F250 6.8L V-10 3V?
Does this plug change experience the same problems as the 5.4L 3V?
Thanks for all replys.

Not an issue with the 09's, the head changeover was in mid-2008. You want Motorcraft SP-509, conventional 1 piece plugs.

The dealer just gave me a ballpark estimate $400 for a plug change. This semms very high.

Depends on their hourly labor rate and what the book time is. List price on those plugs are about 15 bucks each, that's $150 just for parts. 2.5 hours at 100/hr sounds in the ballpark.
