2016 CY? I think everyone would just call it a 2017. No one is calling the new aluminium F-150 a 2014 CY truck

It's still unofficial. 2016 or 2017 is closer than the 2015 that PUTC called it. When the F-150 spy pics came out, some were calling it a F-100 concept. This is big news. How about more than just lame comments on tires?

You are probably right and Motor Trend agrees with you.

Check out this KTP rumor forum. There are some Super Duty plant workers exchanging info about the next gen. Some say the aluminum body + several weight saving ideas are ready to go and one says the aluminum body is not.

P558. I'm hearing interesting things about it. To early to discuss as they can change, but I was under the impression it was a 2016 model year change.

The entire thread is lame. It's just pics of an F-250 covered up.

Really? That's the one thing that sets a Chevy behind the Ford with a car like front end from a Honda. Solid axle and manual hubs get the job done stronger than any CV joint short of Hummer portal axle setups.

Looks gigantic as ever. Hope the headlamps are smaller and the taillamps are larger.
