turn up 6.9
my bro in law has a 83f250 dualie with an ih 6.9 diesel that he wants to turn up the power a little, its stock with a 4 speed with out a turbo , he pulls a 32ft goose neck trailer with his small track hoe and skid loader ,he dont want to turn it all the way up just about half, thanks black8

go to the ford-diesel.com forum and search through the arcives. There are many posts on the proper way to turn up your fuel. One of the things you'll need to get is a pyro gauge. Without this you do not know how hot your exhaust is getting--i believe 1200degs. is the max. otherwise you might start melting down your engine
