Cool graduated to the Super section

Well I just graduated up here from the F150 section. Needed a bigger truck for work so I finally broke down and got a good deal on a Super with everything that I wanted.

I already know what kind of gas milage the V10 will get since I have one of those at work as well as the Diesel. I will take the 10 first anyway since the noise makes me crazy. I'm sure I will be posting here for much more in the future. Time to go light some tires.

Congrats on the ride! I just graduated also. I needed a supercab (baby seat) and I found my 99 cheaper than most used half tons. It is a little rough for 57,000 miles. The dealer put on new tires (305-70's) and a new clutch assembly. I have a slight driveline vibration at 70-80 mph, but other than that perfectly happy. The gas mileage isnt all that bad. I get 12 mixed driving. The same driving in my V6 was 14. I'm getting ready to fix the stupid looking Y pipe with a Flowmaster unit as well as a 3 inch muffler. Then, I'm going to chop up the airbox. Thats it for me. I just hope the spark plugs stay in the heads.
