For any one trying to replace the factory standard mirrors with Factory Teloscoping mirrors here is a short break down. You can learn by my mistakes. It took me an hour to do the driver door and less than ten minutes to do the other door. The key thing is getting the door panel off and to do that you pop off the panel where your electric window controls are at and where your saftey side light at the bottom right. There is a screw in both places. Take those out and the door come right off. After that take the speaker out and your plug is right behind that. Simple after you figure it out. Pop the black trim piece off of the door where your bolts are at and the three plugs and remove your mirror and replace. After breaking several clips on driver door I learned all these neat tricks. I hope this helps any body doing this down the line.
