Question Viper 790XV Alarm/Remote Start

I just had DEI Viper 790XV Installed on my truck a few days ago. I finally had some time to play around with it today and everything seems to be awsome, I love it....except.....

On the alarm side of things, I though this should be a little tighter security, I can go up to my truck when the alarm is activated, push on the bumpers, hop on the rear bumper, push and pull on the doors and the alarm never goes off. If I open the door (with key) or pop the hood the alarm works just fine, but seems to me that someone could break my window (no sensor installed for glass shatter sound) crawl in, steal my stuff and crawl back out without the alarm ever sounding.....not to mention what they could do to my wheels! Am I misunderstanding the "StingerŽ DoubleGuardŽ Shock Sensor"??

Is this normal, do I need to purchase more senors, or did the installer forget to do something when I had it put in??

Thanks for all who reply?

Sensitivity Setting

Did the shop adjust the sensitivity level? There should be a small screw that you can turn on the side/frot of the box that will allow you to adjust the sensitivity level. It was on an older model viper I had on my 93 GT Convertable.
