Man, in video #1, I would be ****ting my pants if I flew by a cop going however fast he was going...

I have NO clue why he started slowing down. Just keep going man!! I can speak from experience, MOST cops, won't chase you. Keep on it, get off two exits down, get back on freeway in other direction, and get back off somewhere else. Just blend in as best as possible so the "Ghetto Bird" (police chopper) can't spot you.
