I am in love (again)

That's right. Head over heals in love!
I only got to miss my old love for less than 24 hours when this new one caught my eye. My daughter has informed me that the old one was a 'she' but this one is a 'he' so, like Cowlady's Fearless, I'll go with that.
Things I love about my new Truck:
He's bigger, tougher (if you can imagine), faster, and works circles around my old love.
He makes me jump (to get in) for joy when we go out (for a ride).
He is really hung! (6" drop hitch)
He doesn't even slow down with 1,500 lbs of junk in the bed.
He has one ball smaller than the other (by an eigth) but that just makes him able to do (tow) more.
His first meal only cost me $26 and he is still going after 300 miles.
He sings all my favorite songs. (CD player)
He Grunts when he turns over (start), and purrs when I pet (drive) him.

No wonder my BF is jealous. LOL

Is anybody having sudden pangs of inadequacy?

J/K I'm glad to see you are enjoying your new truck.
(Maybe a little too much.)

Wow, you are easily impressed.

Can I send you my phone number?

P.S. How cold is it in Michigan? Might make a slight difference.

my wife always tells me the size of the hitch isn't important, its how much that can be towed....

I'm starting t think that girls just say that.

Well ATST - welcome to my world! Isn't it wonderful having a "guy" who won't let you down. leave you high & dry & who will do his share of work w/o whining?
One of thetThe things I love most are the envious looks I get from others when I'm out with Fearless! Unfortunately, Fearless has a MUCH larger appetite that your new ride - try $53 in 2 days to fill it, get down to 1/2 tank & fill it back up. I may need to get a 2nd job just to keep him full - after all, the way to a man's heart is thru his belly & I want to make sure Fearless doesn't look elsewhere! LOL!
I'm so glad you're enjoying your new truck. Now you have to name him! Keep us posted! Happy trails!

J-150 The hitch is rated for 5k lbs, but the ***** are rated for 10k.

Cowlady, (I was waiting for yoru reply) when I told my daughter that very thing, she said that his name should be "Furious" so maybe BluFury? Or would that be confused with Blue and Furry?

I like BluFury! I think it's a great name! You can also do what I do sometimes - I use Fearless' full name - Fionn the Fearless. Fionn was an Irish warlord - 1 of the good guys I was told by my very Irish (as in born/raised in Ireland) suervisor. All you'd need is a male name to use in conjunction w/BluFury like "Brian the BluFury" or another "B" name. But - BluFury is great all on it's own! So is Furious as it's an "F" name in keeping with F series trucks! LOL!
BTW - JUST between you & me (guys - don't read this! Thanks!) when my buddy got on my nerves with his "if you can't Dodge it - Ram it" because he has a Ram (poor guy THINKS that's a truck! LOL!) I got fed up & out of MY mouth came "you can Dodge it & you can Ram it - I'd rather "F" it" as in F SERIES TRUCKS/F150'S!!!!! He looked at me & was totally dumbfounded - he couldn't believe it! I didn't even REALIZE how it sounded till he said something to me! LOL! There's 1 you can use - courtesy of me!

Not Brian. That's one of my ex's names. His middle name was listed as Dave, with Brain as the first name on the birth certificate by mistake. He goes by Dave, but his paychecks say Brain.

hmmmm, B names . . .
Stay tuned
