You got me NTiMD8, thier is no way to get around to having a contract signed for parol of evidence that I know of. If it were for under a one year lease, I would be set, but thus it being over $50k, I'm screwed. I will not sign the contract!

NOOO you guys. Raoul was trying to sell the camera for NTIMD8.
Obviously NTIMD8 got out of the hospital or he is feeling better and can sell the camera on his own.

I checked with my friend in the hospital and his camera is missing. I hate to say this guys but, I'm afraid NTIMD8 is a thief.

(and he asked $15 for a digital camera which leads me to believe he may be a drug abuser)

(in that he claimed the underwear were also his, I suspect longtime abuse)

Whatever his response, remember its from a deranged criminal mind.
