Was there such a thing as a 1996 dodge ram shelby? I say there isn't, but my friend swears he almost bought one that was white with blue stripes. I think it is just a regular r/t that a salesman told him it was a shelby

That is the Dodge Ram SST 1500 truck. That is as close to what you are describing that I know of.

Yes, there was a Shelby Durango. I ran into one last year at the local strip. If I remember right it was white with blue stripes.
I definately remember talking to the owner who was very disturbed that it would only run somewhere in the 16's.

well...considering that its an SUV and it probably doesnt have a lot of mods HP wise...that wouldnt surprise me. but then again the owner must be one of those people who think stickers and body kits = OMG SO MUCH HP!!!!
