Bush's Tax increase for the middle class

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp...d=694&ncid=716

What the heck is Kerry talking about. The only reason I paid more in taxes this year is because I received a 50000 pay increase.

Kerry is so lost on his bid to brainwash the American people that he, Kerry is Bush and Bush is Kerry…

The goofy liberals will try anything to screw the hard working American people. If Kerry gets in and you actual earn a paycheck he WILL RAISE your taxes through the roof…

This guy might be our next president? If it happens I hope that the republicans maintain/gain more control of congress so they can keep the brakes on this guy untill the people that voted for him realize what an idiot he is. I love this "I hate Bush so I'll vote for the uber liberal trained chimp!" crowd. I guess if there's that many people that choose to believe everything CNN and CBS tell them they deserve this guy. It just irks me that I'll have to live with it. Hopefully the country withstands it.

I suppose a greater danger are those states trying to give voting rights to kids, illegal aliens, etc. The US may not be around for much longer if this attitude prevails.

Here is the thing that I think will be the demise of Kerry ever becoming president. Basically looking at the polls it’s a dead heat race between Bush and Kerry. However when you look at other aspects of the polls you begin to see something.

For example the vast majority of people that support President Bush support him because they believe in him, his vision and the job he has done.

Where for Kerry the vast majority of people that “support” him, or better yet tell pollsters they would vote for him are saying they would vote for Kerry because they hate Bush. They do not say they believe in Kerry, or his vision or the job he might be able to do, they simple have no one else to vote for and because they hate Bush, Kerry is their man.

Therefore, Kerry has very weak support and when you have weak support its hard to get those people to “actually” turn out and cast a vote. On the other hand in Bush’s case with a lot of strong support those are the type of people that do tend to get out and actually cast a vote.

Though the poll numbers may look good for Kerry, the reality of the matter is he has very little “support” which means that the vast majority of Americans do NOT think he is up to the task of being President nor could he effectively lead America in the right direction.

So when you take the people who just HATE everything and look for excuses for their own failings out of the equation Kerry don’t have much to stand on at all, since no one really trust him or believes in him, and President Bush enjoys a large amount of support.

I do not think it will be a land slide, but my predictions are President Bush will be reelected and will have done so with somewhere around 5% - 10% over Kerry and the “hater” crowd in tow…

Now there is a very intelligent statement.

Hey dave, care to ellaborate on why you believe I or anyone else here who works is a fool? Seems you have been sucked in also by the tactics of the left to, rather then debate the issues, just to call us names. You have truely broken me. I am so devistated. I mean, come up with something original...anyone can revert to name calling. What would you have done about 9/11? or Osama Bin Laden? or Iraq? economy? immigration? taxes? Come on man, don't call names unless you want to show everyone how bitter you are that your party is not in the oval office.

Waiting patiently for your kindly reply, unless your a wuss.

Actually any working American who likes paying more in taxes and giving more to the useless and lazy in America is the fool, and that would be Kerry supporters.

Kerry will raise your taxes, take food out of your children’s mouth and the clothes off their back IF YOU ACTUALLY WORK and then give them to some lazy and useless chit head that’s to stupid to get a job.

So, either you have been properly brainwashed by the liberals or your one of them lazy and useless sitting at home getting free money, free food, free medical and free dental from all of us who bust our ***…

So which one are you?

Hmm, I'm in the middle class, for sure. I usually aim for getting a small refund each year, don't want the gov to hold TOO much of MY money during the year, interest-free, ya know! Anyway, my refund more than doubled for 2003. I have actually had to have my employer reduce my Fed tax withholding for 2004! Come to think of it, I did the same thing a year ago, so my tax burden has decreased the past 2 years. I don't have a software default deduction for my taxes, I have our accountant plug in an exact dollar amount to withhold each pay period. So regardless of the tax tables changes the past 2 years, my fed obligation has decreased. Maybe I should call up Kerry and 'splain things to him?

I do not understand WHY the liberals HATE Bush soooo much?

Other than the war, just about everything that he has done leans to the left. The conservatives have more of a right to be pissed.

I am voting for Bush and its not because he is a Republican, he is just the lessor of the two evils.

I would like to know when we are going to get a real choice in who will be the next President. Face it guys both candidates are pretty much a crappy choice. Maybe this is the year I vote for an independant
