Grillin time

Weather's good. Grillin' time is upon us. What are some of y'alls best grillin'/bbq favorites?

I like drunken chicken. Take a whole bird, inject it with Merlot wine that has salt, pepper, paprika mixed in. Do the outside of the bird with salt, pepper and paprika. Take a full beer (opened of course) and shove it up the bird's 5th point of contact. Cook on grill for 1 1/2 hours or so. Bass Pro Shops has the can holders now as do several other places. Good stuff.

most people i know call them beer butt chickens. all we do is take about 3/4 of a beer and shove it up the chicken and throw it on the smoker. dunno exactly how long it takes but im thinking it was about 3 hours. but thats on a smoker.

No joke.

It's been in the 90s the last three or four days here in Lost Angeles.

I HATE THE HEAT.

(Sorry about the rant, but there is something terribly wrong with 90 degree temps in the beginning of March...)

70s and BBQ works fine for me.
