Alright.
I've been tracking my order since the day I ordered my RAM and it seems to be arriving TODAY ! ! !
Once I get home, I will pop in the new (out with the old and in with the new *****).
Hopefully this will fix her right on up.
For those who care, or have been helping me with this issue, I will update this biz-itch on Monday.
-PEACE

AHH ! ! ! !
COMPUTER is still broke.
The RAM got rid of the blue screen, but not the freezes and reboots.
The last piece to this INSANE puzzle is the Mother board.
I ordered a GIGABYTE ($46)
Anyone have any experience with a GIGABYTE?
This is the one I got:
GIGABYTE GA-7VT600P-RZ Socket A (Socket 462) VIA KT600 ATX AMD Motherboard
~ The PC is a mutt (homebuilt)
~Power Supply was 280W (MAX)
~Nothing in the PCI slots, one CD writer and one 80 GIG HD
~All 3 fans working fine:
I checked the temp on the processor in BIOS, and it was steady at 110°F.
I checked out AMD web and they said an over heating processor was at 90°C.
[EDIT] I'm not saying your wrong D by any means. You know more about this stuff then I do. I just want to rule out the simple stuff .. I dont wanna have to buy a new processor. But if I have to, I'll have a whole new PC...

Jamz, what kinda PC do you have? That card only needs a 250W to run. Do you have extra hard drives, DVD & CD drives, etc... ? 250W power supplies have been the standard for a while now. If you just have a single HD and DVD/CD drive, my money is still on heat... and until you are really sure your power supply is underpowered your throwing your money away, and a new PS that may possibly run hotter isn't going to help matters much.

Have you ran it with an open case & fan blowing on it?

I guess I should try that tonight. I have been all over google, and all the forums I check out seem to point to HEAT / RAM / CPU / NIC

^ Amen to that Vader. I found a picture of Vader you might be interseted in for a sig inthe future...let me know if you wanna see it.
Now.
I forgot to mention, the PC will freeze up while in BIOS as well. It will just hang there and not do anything at all. It sounds like its running normally, but I have NO CONTROL. I have a USB keyboard and Mouse.
Does that help any?

processor maybe bad or ur bios is corrupted... but gigabyte is a good board my fav brand is Epox or DFI just yesterday put together like new new system for friends johnny he got the new 64 bit stuff and whatnot damn that things a beast. got the new DFI board about 140 on newegg the best one out UV and all that good stuff. but pull the headstink and fan off of ur CPU
be careful and use a flat blade screw drive to do so. check and look for any burn marks around the core or on the PCB it will be obvious it'll look discolored.
