Close to 300 hp with the new v8. Hopefully that will help sales so ford can put more money back into the SVT program.

isn't this pretty much what they were offering in the Aviator?

So does the Aviator then get bumped to 350HP?

Or will it take a hiatus until the CD3 based Aviator launches?

Haha, let me know if anybody needs any parts off them, I work there. Just make sure it will fit in my small lunch box.

Hey saleen97,

How long have you worked there? My 96 explorer eddie bauer was the best vehicle ever made. I give it hell (16 year old) jumping it, in mud and snow over the bumpers several times. It never let me down. If you helped make that one give yourself a pat on the back.

04 RED LARIAT,
I've been there for 16yrs. So its a 50/50 chance I worked on it (dayshift/nightshift). Thanks for the feedback, thats good to hear.
Hope you get many more years out of it.

Sad to say I traded it back in 2000 to a grandcherokee, worst mistake I ever made. The jeep was junk from day one pretty much and it is long gone now too.
