P-Diddy Edition Range Rover
If I could afford a $70K vehicle, why would I want to be associated with this idiot?
From The Car Connection:
A Diddy Range Rover?
Ford sources have confirmed that discussions have taken place between Land Rover and representatives of hip-hop star/business mogul P. Diddy to co-develop a P. Diddy edition of the Range Rover.
Ford has been down this road before with P. Diddy. In 2003, the automaker announced a deal to develop a P. Diddy Lincoln Navigator. The rapper was to influence the design of a tricked-out Navigator that would be co-promoted by Diddy in videos, a film and in his store. The deal fell apart, say Ford sources, over money issues.
But Diddy, who was in a Lincoln Navigator sport-utility vehicle that tried to evade police after a 1999 New York nightclub shooting, also likes Range Rovers, owns at least one and has mentioned the brand in his music. Terms of a deal being discussed with Land Rover weren't disclosed.
Diddy recently announced a line of wheel designs for oversized wheels, a deal he's done with Weld Wheel Industries to bring "Sean John Wheels" to market. -Jim Burt

Not the sort of fellow I'd want associated with my car.

If any of us were as smart as P.Diddy, we would have been banging J.Lo, cruising in the RR, drinking the Crystal and probably have a diamond encrusted nut sack to go with it.

Only no one is asking me to endorse anything... Just wait until I'm king, then you'll all see my true greatness!

Yeah- everyone make s dumb-**** mistakes- and we'll never know for sure if Diddy pulled that trigger in the night club, or if Shine (The one that's in jail for it) did it. When you're a star, sometimes you take teh heat for what a dummy in your entourage does. (Which is why I'd have no entourage, were I rich & famous)
I like Diddy, not that I know him, or he knows me- but he is a self-made multi-gillionaire. Anybody that can pull themselves up to that level, legally- is worthy of respect.
That said, I wouldn't by a P. Diddy Navigator... I don't need Diddy's help to know what's fly... In fact, I'd have the rides slammed so nice, they'd want the CIA Edition Navigator.
There's a thin line between nice & gawdy and some folks don't know when they've crossed it.
Did you see J. Lo in that green dress..
Lordy-lord-lord-lord.
