Nascar on NBC sux

The race has not even started yet and I'm already sick of their coverage. They have a couple of good announcers, but I like the Fox broadcast much better. How 'bout you?

I don't have fox, so NBC is OK. I don't watch much TV so i don't have cable.

There is an easy solution for a lot of people that don't like the Fox or NBC broadcast team. Just turn the volume down on your TV and tune in to MRN radio for the audio play by play.

I was totally upset with last nights race coverage. It seemed like when there was a wreck, they would annouce it, but it would take them 5 minutes before they could figure out where it was. They where always using bad angles too, IMO. It was so bad that I am not too sure if I want to watch racing anymore on NBC. They will have a lot to approve on. Just my 2 cents.

I thought it was ok. But I was half asleep by the time the race started. I babysat two kids, and visited some relatives, so I was worn out. All I remember is my trying to hold my eyes open, fighting sleep, and hoping Mark Martin or Dale Jarrett would win it.

I managed to stay awake long enough to see Tony freakin' Stewart win it. Then I was out like a light. I wish I'd just went to sleep.

Did you hear one of the announcers say, "Boris Said is mowing the grass again..." He spun out at least 3 or 4 times.

I went in to lay down, turned on the TV, heard that the race was about to begin, and the next thing I knew it was morning! Seems like the TV was watching ME!

Was it just me or did anyone else notice that the sound wasn't synchronized with the picture? I was very disapointed with coverage.

I also enjoy the FOX Nascar broadcasts better. The FOX crew seemed to all around know the sport better. If you listen to the radio, MRN coverage is amazing.

I listen to it in the truck on XM radio. The in-car radio between the drivers and the crew suck though.

Fox. NBC is pathetic in NASCAR coverage. Heck of a race too. I wanted to see Jr. take it, but Tony Stewart had the car of the week for sure.

NBC needs to get a clue, and they need to shut the heck up. I got tired of the blabbing.
