How long does it take for a truck frame to get weak?

Mine wasn't sawn in half!! LOL (gald your ok though that could have been bad) but I did have to replace it because it wore the joint out at the gear box and the shaft was slightly bent. Thats 2 things I watch maticulously. (Steering and brakes!) If I think that there is a chance a part is worn on one of them then it gets replaced and I ussually end up in a rebuild because one part leads to another. It can run like crap but I want to beable to steer it and stop it first then we'll make it run right.

My frame keeps flexing to much. You now can actually hear it twisting and bending A dealership tried to weld a support onto it to strengthen it up, but it only worked for a little bit before you can hear it pooping again!

Depends on how hard you 4-wheel it. Mine took 10 years to crack in half.
