Can the Earth's Core ever stop rotating?

67,000 * 24 * 365= 586,920,000 (None of our Ford's will ever go that far...)

I farted three times while reading this thread.
Inadvertently doing my small part to help in the Earths' rotation.
I just hope I was facing in the right direction to actually help.
Would that be East?
If ones' feet were firmly planted and one really cut loose which direction would assist in global rotation?
Right or Left?
If it's Left, maybe Liberals are good for the Country.

They don't actually rotate the drillpipe to drill this well.
Only the drill bit is turned via a turbine type motor.
Drilling mud is pumped down the drillstring that spins the bit and the mud cools the bit while returning the cuttings to surface.
The reason they did it like this is because a regular steel drill string (which you normaly rotate) would have been too heavy to trip in and out of the hole. The weight would be so great that you would reach the elastic limit of the drill pipe just trying to pick it up.
This particular drill string was made from an aluminum alloy which was lightweight but is not strong enough to have drilling torque applied to it.

Facing to the right you increase the speed
Facing to the left slows it down
Moral of the story....
Conservatives speed things up by farting on the left

Well maybe all the liberals will join hands and fart together in the wrong direction, enough to change the rotation of the Earth just like Superman did and go back in time!
We'll only fart just enough to return Clinton to Office.
(Too much farting and Nixon will be waving his two fisted Peace sign at us)

Sometimes the truth squirts out.
I was beet red, lips grimmaced, veins popping out of my temples, fist clenching the arms of my chair, eyes shut tight......
Someone walked by and said, "Raoul, what are you doing/".
Without thinking I should lie, I blurted out, "Trying to put Reagan back in Office!"
