Here the way it is described is...
That guy in the Blue Ford extended cab.
But if it's a regular cab, then it's that guy in the blue Ford LB Fleet side, or SB fleet side or SB Step side, or Dually. What ever it is.
(Yea this was chevy country most of us are newly converted and most of them still call it extended cab and it is also called a fleet side or step side here too.)
