UFC Fans ...

How do we start a poll?

ANYWAY:

Saturday May 27: UFC 60:
Legend - Royce Gracie VS. The Champ - Matt Hughes.

It's gonna be an exciting match to say the least. Who do you have your money on?

Hughes.

But I still am waiting for the Arlovoski and Silvia Rematch along with Hughes and St. Pierre.

I've never seen either fight but I like Gracie's style.

"I'll make him quit, help him up, and send him home"

It seems to me in UFC (I've only seen a few) but the person with the best ground and submission work wins and from the fights I've seen of Gracie that is his specialty. That man could submit someone by holding their big toe....

I won't pay for it though...

werd.

After I heard that, I said to myself, "Self, we have to see this match."

I hope this is going to be a better match than Liddell VS Couture 3. I was expecting a lot more out of that fight...)PLUS Randy retiring....that sucked, but it was time for his to step down.

I would love to see Gracie win but I'm just not sure. Hughes is tough but c*cky as hell. I guess if I was that much of a bada$$ I would probably be c*cky too.

Arlovsky v. Silvia: Tim Silvia is goofy looking but he is tough and can take a shot. I couldn't beleive that last fight, he was seeing stars then 20 seconds later Arlovsky was KO'ed.

I love MMA

Gracie is incredible at Brazilian Jitusu, but I wouldn't give Hughes the short end of the stick... It is going to be incredible hard for Gracie to submit Hughes, especially since he can't wear his Gi, Gi's are very handy when on the ground you can smoother your opponents face in them and use it to your advantage... If Gracie does win it will be by submission but will he have enough time? He is used to fighting in Pride which are 10 minute rounds and before that he fought in Unlimted rounds which at that point he could tire out his opponent and wait for him to make a mistake and then submit him. Matt rarely makes mistakes, it will definitely be a battle.

I've only seen Gracie fight while wearing a gi. He used it to choke his opponents into submission. Of course, he was usually fighting a larger man. I'd love to see this match. It's going to be interesting to say the least.

I'm saying referee stoppage due to open cut. In Hughes favor of course.

Well, I will be the last to under estimate anyone, but it seems like you all are under estimating Royce. We don't know exactly what he has been doing in the last few years (how long has he been away?), and he might have been focusing on his standup and might surprise us all....who knows.

Yes, it is very true that he hasn't been in the octagon in a long while, but he is undefeated for a reason. Matt Hughes is a powerhouse, and I am in his corner, but I am rooting for Royce. I don't think it will be a walk in the park for either fighter.

Matt's Favorite move is the Half Guard Kamura... Ask Joe Riggs I have been following Royce in Pride, it will be damn tough for him.
