Either way, I'm still purturbed and I was really looking foward to that donut this morning.
I don't see how in the WORLD Mattiner missed a snake with a shovel at close range. I hate snakes with a passion and we have problems with them out by our house. I hate snakes so bad I've gotten to where I can kill one at 5 feet by throwing my shovel at the middle of their body. Ok, I'm done talking about snakes today before I ruin lunch too.

Dude, I too hate snakes. As a matter of fact I was bit by one. So anything that slithers dies when I know it's around. But for God's sake, take off the sandals and skirt, pull on some jeans that stay up (not exposing half your underwear), put on a pair of boots, and smack the shovel down on the damn things head while still holding the handle!!! If you're trying so save another toad, cut the snake in half... But watch out, it can still bite for about 3 mins after it's head is cut off, and is still lethal...Lost a hound that way. But the bottom line is MAN THE HELL UP!!!
By a Hummer for yourself, it that's what it takes...

the "or something" means "scared *****less". A little thing many grown men suffer from when it comes to snakes.
Nothing to be embrarrased about.

Hell maybe just going out and getting a Hummer may help the situation.
