Sorry for bringing this thread up again, but I just had to add this. My biggest pet pieve is political correctness. It annoys the hell out of me that all kinds of races, religions, or any kind of group complain about anything and everything. There are going to be some bad things in our country (well most of ours here) if this kind of crap doesn't stop.

 

When people go ahhhhh ahhhhh ahhhh ahhh and then go back and say a few words and go ahhhh ahhhh ahhh ahhhh , and this other one you know what im saying?? Or when you explain something in its simpliest form and people ask you so what are you trying to say or ask what do you mean.

Was doing a search for something else and stumbled on this thread. Probably shouldn't do this, but a scan of all four pages and didn't see my particular pet peeve:

People who by an SD or Excusion 4x4 and add 24" of lift and 44's!
Somebody grumped about trucks (like mine) kept at stock height with stock-sized tires; but at least I can keep my front driveshaft and run a 4x4!!!! Two land-barge EX's in this town have to slow down to make right turns - so they don't tip over! You just made your truck useless, you e********** moron!

(And I know I'm gonna step on some toes here; so I've got my fireproof Fruit-of-the-Loom's on):
People who buy a truck and treat it like some street cruiser. It's called a TRUCK for a reason! You want to make a statement on the pavement, buy a freakin' Ferrari or Jaguar. I use my Lariat to haul stuff - throw a half-dozen bales of hay in the bed to feed the three horses in the trailer hooked up back there. We crawl through the soft sand (or mud) to get where we are going - and getting there is the statement!

Oh yeah, the whole "mod-motor" thing. I just might leave my wife and kids for this truck if it just had a 351 in it to leave stoplights with some torque-y panache!

Standing in line at the store and watching certain folks use Food Stamps
and they have Name Brand Shoes, Pants, Shirts, and Drive a 40,000 + Escalade and they have 5 kids running around acting like idiots.
And Im working 50+ hrs a week, working weekends, and busting my ***.
Where's my hand out for being a hard working tax paying citizen?

 

My pet pieve is when people hate on how people mod, drive, or just whatever to or with there trucks. So you hate when people put 12inch lifts, hate when people bag and body drop a truck, take a brand new truck off road, or drive fast. Who cares its there truck let them do what they want to it.

Also how just about every thread turns to crap because somebody put some comment that has nothing to do with the topic.

 

I hate people who fun buckshot mudders and think they're good tires.
