I'd make him sell some of the older systems to acquire the money he needs to get he xbox. If he loves his PS games then tell him to wait and get the PS3, otherwise, tell him to sell it all off and get the XBOX, you can only play one at a time anyway. He may be a kid once, but cave in now and he'll expect you'll cave in later on something else...
