You may get whats close to death threats because of your views. Or be compared to a child molester

At least you'll have some company. You can take turns "treble hooking" each other, for lack of a better euphemism.

Sounds good by theory but, then again, so does Communism.

I've seen *small* dogs get through invisible fences -- even with their collars kicked up to the highest shock level. It's mere determination.

Also, I've heard stories of 'smart' pooches standing next to invisible fences for a period of time until the little 'warning beep' sound drains the batteries. At that point, the stroll across the line.

For most dogs, they're great. For that nominal proportion, they're merely a nuisance for the dog.

I'm a little lost. If you are not the only one having the problem and you live in a subdivision then more then likley you have a HOA. Have you connected them along with not only the police but animal control. Have all the neighbors gotten togeather and talked to the owners of just you. You answered yes to they have showed aggression who or what did they show aggression to?

About ten years ago, a couple of guys were working construction and living together. They both had dogs. One of the guys was psycho and had a pit bull. One day the pit bull killed the other guys dog while the psycho guy was out. The guy got mad and took the pit bull out to the driveway and ran over it with his truck and put the dog out by the side of the road to make it look like it was hit by a passing car. The other guy comes home and flips out that his pit bull was run over and asks his buddy if he saw the car that hit the dog and got a plate number.

sad story.

on the radio they were saying that it was a neighbors dog and that it jumped up and got caught on a fence, the little girl got it off the fence and the dog attacked. bit her stomach the locked it jaw around her neck the mother tried to get the dog off but it took a passing man to get the dog to release.

to the original poster, copy this news article send it certified letter to the pound, the police and the mayors office telling them that you will hold them reponsible if this happens on your street.
the owner should keep the dog in it own yard.

Bet these people wish they would have gone fishing for "pits" But then again the dog was not at fault so is it OK with you that the kid pays
lol that article states a pitbull terrier type dog and not explicitly a pitbull, which could be any of multiple dogs. a poorly bred/unsocialized dog is a poorly bred dog/unsocialized dog.

english bulldogs and boxers are also in the "pitbull terrier type category" and can easily be mistaken for a pitbull to the common idiot

My neighbor across the street had a noisy dog behind his house. I think he found a pretty good solution to shut them up and make them go away.

One day he came back from a vacation in Mexico. When the dogs started barking, he would light up one of his new M80's and toss it in his back yard. After only three times, I've never heard the dogs since...
