Selling my truck!! Buying H3

I drove a friends Hummer H3 the other day and really enjoyed it looks cool handled really great, not much power but definitely faster than my truck mileage is alot better too. I know my name is going to be mud around here and yes it is just a glamorized trail blazer but I get bored easy and just have to change things up every two years plus with my buisness a big, loud, monster truck doesn't work out to good for me. The H3 has a super tight turning radius which will be great in those tight places. I'll miss my 150 and all the compliments I get but can't justify keeping both!

My question is Kelly Blue Book says private party sell is $23,125 and I added up all the extras I installed $5,900.00 do you think $24,000.00 is a fair price? To cheap? To high?

Thanks!!!

Congrats, those H3's are sweet. I have drtiven one around the track at the dealership. They are a lot more than just a glorified Trailblazer though. They have electronic lockers and a lot more to make it offroadable. I hope to get one for myself someday. I was also suprized to see how affordable they are also. Good choice.

to be honest i like the H3 alot more then the H2 the H2 looks like it was suppsoed to be twice as big and they crunched it in every direction.
the front end is so small and its tall and short and not wide.

i think the H3 has alot better lines and all together i would buy one over the H2 anyday.

How can you say that it is faster? Motor Trend's tests list the 5.4 Supercrew FX4 0-60 as 8.9 sec. The H3 is listed as 11.1 sec. If you call that faster then I sure don't want you to be my CPA.

Gents - DO NOT turn this in to a 'I want to buy your...' thread. I've deleted several posts with this connotation.

1. I think it's a fair price.
2. Id sell the extras first unless you dont have the stock equipment
3. Then grab your husband and the kids maybe a soccerball and a new vacuum cleaner on your way to pick up your H3.

Sorry i just have it against the H3 do the H2.

No on the H3, my mother has one that has been in the shop for the whole month replacing the motor, its the 2006 3.5L (bone stock), I know nothing about the newer 3.7 they have in the 2007.. 3.5L NO POWER to move itself let along a boat. VERY NICE truck if your ONLY gonna use it to get to A-B and back

H3 is based off the Colorado chassis(don't insult the Trailblazer by comparing it to the H3). Same suspension as a Colorado with torsion bars and same weak springs on the back. Would be a major downgrade from a full size pickup (not just ford but any of them). There's quite a few of them running around here but I always see girls driving them. At least the H2 is built off the 2500 chassis. Now the H1 as stated earlier is where it's at. That thing is a beast and I would love to have one of those but no thanx on the H2 or H3. Just an opinion like you're going to get nailed with at a Ford Forum.
