He literally made a point of being a **** in every single topic I posted...topics that had no malice, and no negativity until they posted.

I got sick of taking his crap, so now I deal it back. If the guy can't handle it, then he can learn to shut up.

Fair enough, but here's some advice that comes from my 14 or so years extra life experience. Take the high road and don't get drawn down to that level. As hard as it can be, just ignore it and don't give people the satisfaction. Once they know they have your attention, they will just keep going until you can't take it anymore, which seems to be where you are now. All that ends up happening is you end up looking like the a$$ (the conclusion I just jumped to).
