I don't see how McDonald's is responsible for her gullibility...

I am happy for the girl and glad to see McDonalds get sued for this. It all goes back to accountability and responsibility of which the manager failed to have.
Why does the victim get blamed? I’d really like to understand that whole concept. When the old lady spilled hot coffee all over her stupid self I thought she had absolutely no reason what so ever to sue on. She sued due to her stupidity.
However this is different, this is a work place incident, this happened due to a person in charge being completely stupid, like the old lady above. While some can question the girls action (“why didn’t she run out, why did she perform oral sex”) etc. it’s just, in my opinion, completely stupid to question. This happened for over 2 or 4 hours and nobody helped her, or at the very least, put a stop to it. Who’s to say someone else’s daughter might not react the very same way. It would be like blaming a 10 year old girl for not running away and seeking help when her daddy or step dad is raping her off and on for years.
The manager should be very happy it wasn’t my daughter because her and her fiancé would be dead today because I would have killed them myself the night it happened after the cops were done with them…
I will say this IF, and that is a HUGE IF, if the girl had done what she did knowing she didn’t have to or as a willing participant then I would still be on her side for suing and winning some big money because it still pointed out how irresponsible the manager and everyone else in authority was INCLUDING McDonalds because ultimately they have to answer for it because it is THEIR company and THEIR ultimate responsibility to INSURE they have CAPABLE people in positions of authority…
Good for the girl and I am proud of her…
