Come on! You'd let me in. Even if I did have cousin Guido with me.

All kidding aside, I love Frito Pie. Take a bowl of Fritos, warm them, pour hot Chili or them, and top it off with cheddar cheese.

I'm also mostly a Floridian who's had a good bit of Texas rub off on me.

Aha, but chili with or without beans is chili, just depends on where you are from. Example. For the southerners, if you ask for a milkshake, does it have ice cream in it? If so, to someone up north that's a milkshake with icecream, or a frappe. But in the south if you gave someone shook milk, they'd probably get quite upset.

I grew up with beans as an ingrediant in my chili. My wife...she's a Texan and she flipped out when she found out I wanted beans in my chili. So I see the regional thing.

Oh yea, I'm now in Cleveland, and we have Skyline Chili here. I love all kinds of chili, beans or no. I can tell you, if your used to southern style chili, avoid this place at all costs. First, as previously stated they do serve it over spaghetti noodles. That flipped me out. Next I tasted it. That is some of the nastiest chili I've ever had. I'd rather eat cold Wolf brand chili than eat Skyline Chili ever again.

Well, it has a ways to go to get you educated! Don't go to one of the Chili cook-offs and say anything like you just said.

It's a good thing we aren't talking BBQ. There's only one kind of that... Memphis style.
