Shades of Donald Sutherland in JFK

So, this morning I woke up at 5:30AM, and relaized that I never took the trash out. So after debating if I wanted to get dressed and go out in the 20something temps to take out the thrash, I decided I needed to, so I did. By the time I got out of bed, got dressed, got back inside and back into bed, it was about 6:00AM. I decided to check my email.

While online I see there was a suicide bomber at a rally for Benazir Bhutto. It's a "Breaking News" headline with no story.

I go to MSNBC and it too has a headline but no story. I go to Drudge and it has a headline too.

I go back to CNN and the headline now says there was a suicide bomber, that Bhutto's husband was critically injured, but Benazir Bhutto was OK.

MSNBC and Drudge still have a headline that says there was a bombing, but no other details.

Three mins later MSNBC has the critically injured husband addition to their headline, Drudge has no update.

Shortly after that, CNN is running a headline that Benazir Bhutto may be injured by gunshot.

A few minutes after that, CNN runs a headline that states that she is dead.

I go to MSNBC and it still has the husband critically injured headline, and Drudge has the husband headline too.

I decide to go to Wikipedia about five mins after that to see if they have anything about her death yet.

And what do I find? Her entire entry reflects her assassination. While only one news service is reporting she is dead and while two other major web news services have not reported she is dead (only that her husband is injured) Wikipedia has tons of stuff about her death. And not just a blurb at the end of the entry that says she was just killed, but the following:

There was the blurb at the end saying she was assinated on this date.
There was mention of her death two other times in the body of the material about her. One in the opening paragraph and one in the heart of the material about her political history . . .

AND . . .

Throughout all the material (and there's a lot of it) all tenses were in the past tense.

She WAS the sister of so and so. She WAS entering the elections to come in 2008. She WAS planning this or that.

Only minutes after she's dead, the body isn't cold yet, and major news services are not even reporting she was killed, Wiki has it all as if it happened years ago.

How is that?

Rather . . . good grief.

An excellent example of how the big three suppressed the news. It was not the taking of time to find out the facts, it was, and is, suppression.

Rather, of all people, what with his direct involvement, still has not told us what the frequency was nor who Kenneth was.

What's that all about?!?!?!?!

Courage.

I just did a "Kobiashi" search on Wikipedia... I hope you're sitting down for this kobi. All the entries were in the past tense. Some references to climbing to the top of a utility pole to use the telephone and a lightning strike. Futures foretold? Maybe it should be called Wiccanpedia.
